58,000 sf building provides "state of the art" educational and instructional spaces for the College's Automotive Technology and Building Construction Technology Programs.  The floor plan was designed to facilitate hands on demonstrations with teaching classrooms located directly across the hall from their complimentary labs.  Support spaces include a lobby with showroom doors to accommodate display of vehicles or large construction exhibits, staff office space and a conference room.
