Renovations and Master Plan

Greenville, NC

In 2014, the Salvation Army purchased what was once a bowling alley, as well as an adjacent brownfield, which combined to provide over 4 acres and the opportunity to create a new Corps Community Center Campus.  The former Bowling Alley has been repurposed to a new 29,000 sf Salvation Army Community Center.  The space once occupied by bowling lanes retains its former energy by providing Recreational and Fellowship Space, Classrooms, Labs and a Chapel.  The remainder of the building provides the Administrative Offices, Social Services, Pantry, Commercial Kitchen and various support spaces needed keep the endless array of community programs and services running.
