Commercial renovation and restoration to create a mixed-use property which provides a Pharmacy on the ground level to serve the growing downtown community along with a Private Residence above.  From day one, the renovation was approached with careful attention to preserving the old and coupling it with the new.  Fire shutters, doors, timbers, tongue and grove wood and hardware and more were all meticulously restored and repurposed into various uses throughout the structure.  The historic storefront has been recreated at the Pharmacy level and the façade renovated at the Residential Level to restore the glory of this prime corner lot property. The residence above is complete with its own street level entrance, loft bedrooms carved out of the former unused attic and last but not least, the addition of a new rooftop oasis.
